Job Description

We are seeking a Management Analyst III.

Located on-site in Chesapeake, VA.

ESN is seeking a Management Analyst III to support a contract with Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC), Atlantic, in Norfolk, VA. The contract to support NIWC LANT consists of Independent Validation & Verification, Operations, Sustainment, and Installation support. The Maintenance Figure of Merit (MFOM) systems provides near real-time material-based readiness reporting to the Defense Readiness Reporting System-Navy (DRRS-N) and provides three additional primary capabilities to the Fleet including Ashore and Afloat systems. This support includes manual and automation of software testing, Scrum Master, operating in the AWS Cloud, management of JIRA/JAMA/Confluence, and project support.

Experience Requirement:
  • Six (6) years of experience, to include: Development of Program Acquisition Documentation, Development of Testing/Validating Criteria, Development of Corrective Action Systems, Development of Program Monitoring Approach; e.g., Program Evaluation Review Technique (PERT), Critical Path Method (CPM), EVM, etc. Analysis of Programs Health, Data Collection and Analysis, Development of Cost Estimates, and Development of Program Status Reports.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and DoD procurement policies and procedures.

Education Requirement:
  • BS degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences, Mathematics, or Business.


Security Clearance:
  • Must hold an active Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET clearance.
