Summary

is looking for a Management Analyst (Business Analysis, Senior Associate) to support a Federal Government client in Arlington, VA.

This position currently requires an onsite schedule. Schedule is subject to change based on company/contract requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and process HR-related actions and documentation in support of staff and leadership.
  • Manage facilities-related issues, including submitting service requests and placing necessary orders.
  • Provide calendar management and scheduling support for meetings, events, and leadership engagements.
  • Prepare, maintain, and distribute reports to support operational and program oversight.
  • Monitor, track, and coordinate responses for CGFS taskers to ensure timely and accurate completion.
  • Supports BFSS-wide efforts to organize and coordinate responses to requests from external stakeholders. Assists with document collection, tracking, meeting coordination, and communication among stakeholders during audits, reviews, inspections, and information requests.
  • Conducts research and prepares informational materials for BFSS leadership regarding legislative developments, regulatory changes, and other factors that may affect BFSS programs and operations. Compiles background information and supporting documentation for customer to consider during legislative and policy discussions.
  • Contribute to the tracking, monitoring, and coordination of responses to management taskers to ensure timely completion.
  • Collaborate across multiple domains to gather requirements, improve processes, and support operational objectives.
  • Engage with emerging technologies and digital tools to improve management workflows and enhance mission capabilities.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing, including with senior leadership.

Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of related work experience
  • Must be highly organized and have excellent oral and written communication skills to interface with client personnel, other government agencies, and vendors at all levels.
  • Must demonstrate proficiency in the use of Microsoft applications (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
  • Maintains professional competence and specialized knowledge base by keeping abreast of emerging themes and best practices.
  • Knowledge of and skill in applying analytical and evaluate techniques to plan, schedule and conduct studies and analyses of management functions or programs.

  • CGFM or other relevant professional certifications.

Must be eligible to obtain a Secret clearance and be able to upgrade to a Top Secret (TS) clearance as required.
