The Opportunity

As a Managed Services Consulting Workday - Director, you will focus on providing a broad range of consulting services across various Workday applications. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and offer training and support for effective utilization of Workday applications, enabling clients to optimize operational efficiency and achieve their strategic objectives. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts. You will make impactful decisions and oversee multiple projects, maintaining executive-level client relations. Translating the vision, you set the tone and inspire others to follow. Your role is crucial in driving business growth, shaping the direction of client engagements, and mentoring the next generation of leaders.

In this role, you will be a guardian of PwC's reputation, understanding that quality, integrity, inclusion, and a commercial mindset are foundational to success. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will cultivate the potential in others and actively collaborate across the PwC Network, understanding tradeoffs and leveraging collective strength. What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 9 years of experience of Workday product experience
- At least one of the following: a Workday Pro certification

- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Finance, Human Resources/Industrial Relations, Organizational Management/Behavior

Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
