Major Account Executive - Milwaukee, WisconsinThe OpportunityThe Major Account Executive is responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities within mid-market and enterprise organizations. This role is ideal for a disciplined sales professional who thrives on developing strategic relationships, engaging executive decision-makers, and managing complex sales cycles.
Candidates with production print sales experience are strongly preferred. Experience selling production print solutions, workflow technology, and related services will be viewed as a significant advantage.
What You Will Do- Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and strategic outreach
- Develop relationships with business owners, senior executives, and key decision-makers
- Identify customer challenges and recommend solutions across Novatech's IT, Print, Cloud, Security, and Production Print portfolio
- Manage opportunities throughout the entire sales cycle
- Maintain an active pipeline and accurate forecasts within Salesforce
- Establish a strong presence within the Milwaukee business community
- Consistently achieve and exceed revenue objectives

Your Background- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Business-to-business outside sales experience required
- Production print sales experience strongly preferred
- Experience with Salesforce or a comparable customer relationship management platform
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable, insured vehicle
- Ability to commute to the Waukesha office for meetings, training, and other business activities
