As a
Manufacturing Maintenance Technician III, you will be responsible for installing, modifying, troubleshooting, repairing, overhauling, rebuilding, and maintaining complex manufacturing and support equipment. Working with minimal supervision, you will help ensure equipment reliability while maintaining compliance with company standards, industry regulations, and safety requirements.
This role also serves as a technical resource by training, mentoring, and providing guidance to other maintenance technicians in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities- Install, modify, troubleshoot, repair, overhaul, rebuild, and dismantle complex manufacturing and support equipment.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting on control systems, servo drives, motors, HMIs, PLCs, and high-speed packaging equipment.
- Complete preventive maintenance and other proactive maintenance activities to maximize equipment reliability.
- Coordinate maintenance activities with production, engineering, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Work with equipment manufacturers and service providers to resolve technical issues.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
- Follow all company, departmental, regulatory, and safety policies and procedures.
- Support fellow maintenance technicians as workload and priorities require.
- Identify opportunities to improve maintenance processes, equipment reliability, and operational efficiency.
- Assist with special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Total Rewards:- Starting pay: $40.39 per hour. Pay increases to $42.49 per hour in the quarter after their 6-month anniversary.

Requirements:- Working knowledge of all plant operations, work regions and the processes that support them.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong math and computer skills (Microsoft suite).
- Strong presentation skills - present in front of 50-100 people.
- Strong analytical skills. Experience with graphs, charts, manipulate data.
- Previous work with continuous process improvement and Lean tools preferred (value stream analysis, 5S).
- 3+ years of experience using SAP in a manufacturing or inventory environment
- 2+ years of inventory management experience, including cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, and resolving inventory discrepancies
- Experience identifying and correcting inventory variances to maintain accurate inventory records
Physical Requirement: - Ability to lift 30 pounds on a regular basis and 50 pounds occasionally.
- Ability to constantly lift, bend, stretch and stand during entire shift
