Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

• Experienced in prioritizing and managing multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• Familiarity with CNC machinery, robotics, PLCs, pneumatics, and industrial electrical systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule the maintenance technician team for efficient operations.
• Identify and prioritize maintenance tasks to enhance system performance.
• Train and mentor team members for skill development and leadership.
• Assist with troubleshooting various system issues including electrical and mechanical faults.
• Ensure all maintenance activities meet production and quality standards.
• Support initiatives aimed at continuous improvement and safety compliance.
