Job Purpose

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising maintenance activities across multiple shifts to ensure the safe, reliable, and cost-effective operation of plant equipment and facilities. This role oversees preventative and corrective maintenance, supports production needs, and ensures compliance with safety regulations, while driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure a safe, clean, and compliant work environment aligned with corporate safety standards and regulations.
  • Support sustainability initiatives to reduce environmental and energy impact.
  • Supervise and schedule maintenance teams to support production and facility needs.
  • Oversee preventative maintenance and repairs for equipment and facility systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical, mechanical, and PLC-related issues, including complex failures.
  • Drive equipment improvements and manage spare parts inventory to maximize uptime and reduce downtime.
  • Ensure safe operation of plant utilities (electrical, pneumatic, plumbing, HVAC, etc.) and coordinate contractors as needed.
  • Develop and maintain standard maintenance procedures and best practices.
  • Lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with operations, provide technical guidance, and promote a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork.


Experience Required

  • Bachelor's degree with 4+ years, or Associates degree with 6+ years, or High School Diploma with 10+ years of maintenance/facilities experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • One or more years of leadership or supervisory experience with strong troubleshooting skills across electrical, mechanical, and PLC systems.
  • Proven ability to maintain plant systems (electrical, pneumatic, plumbing, HVAC) with strong data analysis, organizational, and Microsoft Office skills.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in PLC programming.
  • Background in environmental, health, safety, or energy certifications.
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement tools, and lubrication management.

Pay Transparency

The annual salary for this role is $74,625 - $114,425 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
