Job Description
  • Pay: $46-$48/hr (based on experience) + year end bonus
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00am-5:30pm (schedule can vary)

We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at our Douglassville, PA facility. This role is responsible for driving equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and leading a skilled team of industrial maintenance technicians.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and oversee daily maintenance activities, including preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and emergency repairs across all shifts.
  • Plan and schedule maintenance activities through work order system.
  • Plan and lead maintenance teams and external vendors during plant shutdowns and equipment installations.
  • Train maintenance personnel, ensuring that all employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety procedures, LOTO, and company policies.
  • Lead breakdown response efforts and prioritize critical repairs to minimize downtime.
  • Monitor spare parts inventory and maintenance supply needs.
  • Connect to PLCs and VFDs using laptop software to identify faults, monitor inputs/outputs, and support production troubleshooting.
  • Perform root cause analysis on recurring mechanical and electrical failures.
  • Support welding, fabrication, and equipment modifications as needed.
  • Manage and oversee outside contractors, vendors, and service providers performing work onsite.
  • Develop and improve preventive and predictive maintenance procedures.
