Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in maintenance.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Proven leadership capabilities in a supervisory role.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Familiarity with CNC machinery, robotics, PLCs, pneumatics, and industrial electrical systems preferred.
