Maintenance Supervisor

The Job:
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll be part of our Maintenance team working as an on-site employee. You’ll get to:
- Drives initiatives to implement preventative maintenance programs using machine logging, data analysis, potential equipment procurement.
- Facilitates and supports the continuous advancement of the Plant’s diagnostic capabilities, making suggestions and recommendations regarding how to improve performance.
- Evaluates, prioritizes, and schedules maintenance and facilities tasks including resources using CMMS.
- Distributes workload to Maintenance Technicians, providing technical oversight, leadership, and support as needed.
- Maintains function and reliability of facility systems and associated equipment through tracking inspections and coordinating with contractors.
- Oversees projects to ensure prompt, efficient, and satisfactory completion (i.e., schedules have been met and repair work has met quality standards).
- Assists with troubleshooting complex equipment.
- Analyzes work order trends and proposes solutions.
- Collaborates with Plant leadership team, ensuring alignment of maintenance projects with Company goals, advising of pertinent issues regarding facilities management, and providing status reports of progress on assignments.
- Promotes positive employee relations by applying Plant policies and guidelines.
- Develops and implements (or assists with) all phases of team or individualized training.
- Participates in the selection and training of new employees.
- Communicates in a professional manner and encourages feedback.
- Promotes safe work habits and compliance with safety rules in work areas.
- Maintains a clean and orderly work environment.
- Other duties as assigned or required.

- High School degree, Trade School diploma, or equivalent.
- Demonstrated supervisory experience supporting Manufacturing/Production operations.
- Familiarity with manufacturing environment required.
- Demonstrated experience with electrical and mechanical industrial maintenance, including equipment installation.
- Prior work experience in a Trades discipline such as Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, etc. preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, with diverse audiences.
- Effective interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
- Computer literate and proficient with Microsoft Office programs and Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) programs.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing concepts a plus.

The Salary range for this position is $70,900.00 - $114,100.00
This is the lowest to highest annual full-time salary range we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. The salary offered within the range may vary depending on multiple factors including job level, geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience and in compliance with local wage requirements.
