Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Valid Driver's license required.
• EPA HVAC and CPO certified.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines effectively.
• Flexible schedule including weekends required.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Support hiring, training, and motivating the maintenance staff under the Property Manager's guidance.
• Conduct property inspections and address maintenance needs promptly.
• Follow up on maintenance team service requests to ensure completion.
• Prioritize and complete work orders in a timely manner.
• Oversee the unit readiness process for new tenants.
• Exhibit professionalism in customer service to residents, staff, and vendors.
• Maintain property grounds and common areas in alignment with company standards.
• Implement preventative maintenance protocols.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the maintenance shop and work areas.
• Adhere strictly to all safety policies and procedures.
