Your future role

"Take on a new challenge and apply your maintenance supervisory expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside dedicated and collaborative teammates.
You'll lead and guide a team of skilled Maintenance Technicians, ensuring compliance with safety standards and driving operational efficiency. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (Vehicle Technicians, Operations Managers, and other Maintenance Supervisors), coordinate work schedules and oversee repairs, and recommend and implement improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency within the vehicle maintenance department, and much more."

  • Coordinating and supervising the work of Vehicle Technicians. ,
  • Preparing work schedules, assigning tasks, and overseeing the quality of work products. ,
  • Recommending, developing, and implementing improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency within the vehicle maintenance department. ,
  • Managing budgets by controlling labor and material expenditures. ,
  • Promoting and enforcing safety rules and safe work habits among the team. ,
  • Ensuring compliance with railroad policy and federal/state regulations. ,
  • Supporting the team with technical expertise in mechanical or electrical systems when needed. ,
  • Utilizing tools such as Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Maximo, and SAP to track and manage operations. ,
  • Fostering a culture of leadership, resilience, adaptability, and continuous learning within the team.
