Manufacturing Supervisor - BrainerdThis is an on-site leadership role responsible for overseeing daily maintenance operations to ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient performance of production equipment, facilities, and infrastructure. The Maintenance Supervisor leads and develops maintenance team members, drives equipment reliability and continuous improvement initiatives, and partners cross-functionally to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives. Success in this role requires strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, accountability, collaboration, and coaching skills, along with the ability to make sound decisions, build relationships, and foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and operational excellence.
The pay range for this role is $80,000 to $97,000 depending on experience and qualifications.Job Requirements:Education & Experience Requirements- Associate degree in a technical, industrial maintenance, engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
- Minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment, including demonstrated leadership, supervisory, or team lead responsibilities.
- Strong working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, welding, machining, plumbing, facility systems, and industrial maintenance practices.
- Experience leading preventive and predictive maintenance programs, managing maintenance KPIs, and utilizing a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Proven ability to troubleshoot industrial equipment and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, schematics, engineering drawings, and maintenance documentation.
Technical Skills- Proficiency with CMMS platforms, Microsoft Office applications, and maintenance reporting tools.
