POSITION SUMMARY:Oversee and supervise all Maintenance activities for the facility to achieve production uptime and yield goals.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Oversee all maintenance activities, including machine and facility troubleshooting and repair, preventative maintenance, and spare parts management.
- Develop, maintain, and supervise maintenance staff within budget, including but not limited to scheduling, skill development, disciplinary action, and performance evaluation.
- Organize and maintain spare parts and materials management system within budget to support maintenance activities, including accurate inventory accounting, sufficient stock quantities, sourcing, and procurement.
- Develop, maintain, and execute equipment preventative maintenance system, using a CMMS(UpKeep-2023) in coordination with production requirements to achieve machine uptime goals.
- Identify, procure, and maintain adequate machine tools to support the maintenance activities.
- Oversee the mechanics are completing assigned work orders.
- Employee is responsible for following (and/or implementing/supporting/maintaining) Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Food Defense, Food Safety and SQF programs.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: - High School diploma or GED preferred but not required.
- Must have the ability to analyze and troubleshoot equipment repair situations.
- Must have prior hands-on mechanical experience.
- Must have ability to troubleshoot process, mechanical, electrical systems; PLC programs; motor VFD's and other electronic systems.
- Majority of work is done walking, standing, bending, and squatting. Must be able to climb and work overhead. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. Must be able to read maintenance manuals and write instructions.
US Salary Pay Range
$85,000-$95,000 USD
