What You'll Do- Team Leadership & Supervision: supervise maintenance employees, contractors and sub-contractors, provide training, coaching and ongoing development to the maintenance team, foster a positive, collaborative work environment
- Maintenance Planning & Execution: plan, schedule and improve routine, preventative, and shutdown maintenance activities, maintenance systems and methodolgies to ensure fast, reliable response to equipment issues, manage maintenance work systems and contracts in compliance with H&S requirements
- Continous Improvement & Problem Solving: lead and participate in continuous improvement initiavtives, analyse equipment failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurance, drive continous improvements through effective leadership in maintenance meetings
- Saftey, Compliance & Cost Control: ensure compliance with environmental, health and safety regulations and company values, support legislative and regulatory compliance across maintenance operations, manage departmental budgets and maintain strong cost control
What You Offer- Experience: 2 years in industrial maintenance + 1 year of people supervision
- Knowledge: electrical, mechanical (hydraulic, pneumatic), fabrication/welding, PLC programming
- Technical: MS Office, CMMS (ex. EAM, SAP, MAXIMO)
