Job Description
Plans, coordinates and controls the maintenance, repair and upgrading of the Regional Laundry industrial equipment, plumbing, hot oil and steam generation and HVAC systems. Supervises journeymen in a variety of trades areas and coordinates the work of contractors.
QUALIFICATIONS:Education, Training And ExperienceGrade 12, plus four years recent related experience including two years in a supervisory capacity, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Certificate of Apprenticeship or Trades Qualification Certificate as a journeyman Electrician, accreditation as a Field Safety Representative (FSR), unrestricted Class A, recognized by the Province of BC Industry and vendor equipment certifications as required.
