We are hiring an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for our Cleveland, OH manufacturing facility.

Job Summary

Directs day-to-day maintenance operations to support continuous production, minimize downtime, and ensure safe equipment performance. Assigns and prioritizes work, supports troubleshooting efforts, and coordinates repairs and preventive maintenance with production. Leads and supports the maintenance team to ensure work is completed efficiently, equipment runs reliably, and the facility is properly maintained.

Key Responsibilities (Essential Functions)

  • Supervise, train, and assign work to maintenance technicians
  • Oversee repair and maintenance of envelope machines, presses, and plant equipment
  • Plan and execute preventive maintenance programs
  • Respond to breakdowns and support production to minimize downtime
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards (OSHA, LOTO)
  • Maintain work orders, maintenance records, and parts inventory
  • Coordinate with production to align maintenance with schedules
  • Manage spare parts, supplies, and maintenance costs
  • Drive continuous improvement in equipment reliability and efficiency
  • Support production leadership as needed, including production supervisor coverage
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
  • Collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay & Work Schedule
  • Pay Range: $80,000-$85,000
  • Flexibility is required to support all shifts and as business needs require.
  • For information purposes, production shifts are as follows:
    • 1st shift: 7:15am -- 3:30pm / 2nd shift: 3:25pm -- 11:25pm
      • Monday -- Friday; Saturdays as business needs dictate
    • 3rd shift 11:120pm -- 7:20am
      • Sunday -- Thursday; Fridays as business needs dictate


Physical Requirements & Work Environment
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and move throughout the work area for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (heavier with assistance) and occasionally lift/push/pull up to 30 lbs
  • Frequent use of hands and tools for inspection and tasks
  • Ability to work in confined spaces and at elevated heights
  • Visual and hearing acuity to detect equipment issues and alarms
  • Ability to respond quickly to equipment failures or emergencies
  • Ability to remain in stationary positions (sitting/standing) as needed
  • Regular exposure to noise, moving machinery, fumes, airborne particles, inks, adhesives
  • Must wear required PPE (e.g., hearing protection, safety footwear) and maintain a safe, compliant work environment
