The Maintenance Manager will play a key role in ensuring our pumping systems, equipment, tools, and shop operations are managed safely, efficiently, and with accountability.

  • Provide direction, leadership, and accountability to mechanics and shop personnel
  • Ensure the shop is kept clean, organized, and free of unnecessary hazards
  • Uphold housekeeping expectations and address safety concerns before they become larger issues
  • Lead toolbox talks, safety meetings, and ongoing communication with the team
  • Support safe work practices and ensure employees are following company expectations, processes, and procedures
  • Identify equipment issues, workflow challenges, and opportunities to improve shop efficiency
  • Communicate clearly with leadership regarding equipment status, delays, resource needs, and priority changes
  • Maintain a firm and professional approach when managing competing priorities and operational pressure

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work with field teams, Area Managers, and senior leadership
  • A safety-focused mindset and understanding of the importance of housekeeping in a shop environment
  • Ability to hold team members accountable in a fair, direct, and professional way
