Job Duties

As our Maintenance Supervisor Associate, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and controlling the field service operations in your respective area. You99ll be the first point of contact for your technicians, and for all technical or operational issues raised by our customers. Lastly, you will be accountable for the costs of the maintenance field operations and for revenues of callout and service repairs sales.

You willbring 5+ years of progressive and successfulgeneral elevator understanding or worked in the environment to KONE. Highschool diploma required.

Annual Base Pay Range:

The hiring range for this role is $87,300 $114,555. The compensation package offered will depend on candidate99s ability to meet the requirements of the role, needs for the business strategy, and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.


Variable Compensation

KONE Annual Bonus plan at 10% Target Incentive (50/50) based on achievement of company goals and individual goals.
