Key Responsibilities:- Team Management:

- Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program to minimize equipment downtime and optimize performance.
- Schedule routine maintenance tasks and inspections to ensure the reliability and safety of equipment.
- Coordinate with production and operations teams to plan maintenance activities around production schedules.
- Equipment Troubleshooting and Repair:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions to identify root causes.
- Coordinate repair activities and procure necessary parts and materials.
- Ensure that repairs are conducted safely and effectively to minimize downtime.
- Safety and Compliance:
- Enforce safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for maintenance staff.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards.
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations governing maintenance activities.
- Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the maintenance budget, including forecasting expenses and controlling costs.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements in maintenance operations.
- Track expenditures and analyze variances to ensure financial targets are met.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment manuals, and inventory.
- Generate reports on equipment performance, maintenance metrics, and budgetary spending.
- Communicate regularly with management and stakeholders to provide updates on maintenance operations.
Qualifications and Skills:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in maintenance management or a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in maintenance management software and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in maintenance operations.
