Wage Range:$65,000.00 - $100,000.00 (DOE) plus commission

OVERVIEW: The Maintenance Sales Representative will be responsible for creating and developing opportunities with existing and new customers. This role aims to provide strong customer service in a sales-oriented setting. We are looking for someone eager to learn, confident, highly driven, and a self-starter with the ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and multitask independently with minimal supervision.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with identifying, pre-qualifying, and calling on new customers and existing customers to increase awareness of company service offerings.
- Contact prospective customers, Introduce our capabilities and value we provide, Prepare proposals, Quote agreements and Review contract terms to our customers within the guidelines set forth by the company standards.
- Assist with gathering preliminary information via facility walk-throughs, construction plan reviews, and other methods as necessary for pricing preventative maintenance and repairs.
- Develop, maintain strong client relationships, and establish industry partnerships
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of Mechanical or Construction Experience & Sales (Preferred, but not required)
- Experience in trade positions or college internships is desired but not required.
- Advanced computer skills required, with a good working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong emotional intelligence.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend the proper course of action.
- Ability to organize and prioritize assigned tasks, job projects, and deadlines.
- Must possess the ability to keep abreast of product applications and technology trends.
- Site visits are required which may include outdoor work, work in mechanical/equipment rooms, exposure to variable weather conditions, moving mechanical parts, heights and climbing ladders, and other environmental conditions
- Valid driver’s license and clear MVR
- Pass criminal background check and drug test
- Ability to travel locally within a defined territory
- This is an in person position at our Louisville, CO office
