Establish and strengthen preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance programs to improve equipment performance and reduce failures.

Required- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Industrial Technology, Maintenance Management, or an equivalent combination of education and 15+ years of manufacturing maintenance and/or operations experience.
- 7+ years of industrial maintenance, reliability, or engineering experience.
- 3+ years of leadership experience.
- Proven success improving equipment reliability and reducing unplanned downtime.
- Strong knowledge of industrial electrical and mechanical systems.
- Experience with CMMS systems and maintenance planning/scheduling.
- Strong Root Cause Analysis and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to analyze OEE, MTBF, MTTR, downtime, and maintenance cost metrics.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
Preferred- Experience in high-volume manufacturing environments.
- Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) experience.
- Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma experience.
- Predictive Maintenance experience.
- Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) experience.
- PLC and controls knowledge.
- Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) certification.
- Experience in a union manufacturing environment.
