Full Job Description
We are seeking a Maintenance Reliability Engineer to join our Brookville team in a full-time, onsite role. This position will oversee a small team of 2-4 skilled electrical and mechanical tradespeople, working closely with group leaders across all shifts. The engineer will lead continuous improvement initiatives, conduct root cause analyses of downtime events, and implement solutions to enhance equipment reliability and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include managing equipment data in Maximo, optimizing PM schedules, developing spare parts inventories, and supporting OEE/TIP goals. The role also involves training team members, assigning tasks, and collaborating with cross-functional departments to resolve technical and production issues. This is a hands-on role requiring strong mechanical aptitude, organizational skills, and the ability to lead projects and drive results in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Required Skills & Experience

5-7+ years maintenance experience (electrical and mechanical) - within heavy machinery manufacturing, metal stamping etc.
2-3 years of leadership/supervisory experience (electrical/mechanical),
Ability to read and analyze blueprints required
Shift time 7-3:30 PM

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Fabrication design experience
Highly preferred CNC machinery - experience with lathes, mills, grinding
Managing union employees
