Full Job Description
As the Maintenance Planner, you'll support the plant maintenance group by developing the preventative and predictive maintenance program with accuracy and efficiency in mind. Utilize the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and collaborate with the Maintenance Planning Team, Operations Planning Manager, Production, and Engineering departments to coordinate planned maintenance activities and ensure proper asset care and reliability. Take pride in managing all maintenance work order KPI tracking, trending management, and ensuring that all maintenance activities are effectively planned.
• Execute and improve planning methodology for the preventative maintenance program.
• Coordinate SAP for maintenance functions by creating, maintaining, and modifying work orders as necessary.
• Plan work calendar to meet the quality and timeliness expectations of production.
• Provide functional leadership for the hourly maintenance team in processing, packing, and utilities.
• Perform field inspections, determine appropriate job work scopes, develop work plans, and stage parts kits.
• Identify equipment failure trends and report them to the engineering department for root cause analysis.
Requirements
• High School Diploma/GED.
• 2+ years of industrial maintenance or maintenance planning/scheduling experience in a manufacturing, production, industrial, military, or related environment.
• 1+ year supervisory experience
Salary: $77,140.80 to $104,902.00 per year

The pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at top of range.
