Full Job Description
Your Mission:
  • Lead and deliver exceptional technical services, serving as the primary point of escalation for onsite technical needs.
  • Foster a unified team culture, championing ISS values and behaviors both internally and with our valued clients.
  • Collaborate closely with site leadership, the Account Technical Services Lead, and the Facility Manager to deliver consistent, efficient, and innovative solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

Client and Service Excellence:
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through reliable service delivery and proactive support.
  • Drive initiatives focused on continuous improvement, cost efficiency, and risk management.

Financial Stewardship:
  • Manage financial targets, including revenue, expenses, and third-party spend, to achieve site and account goals.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell services and contribute to growth.

Operational Leadership:
  • Lead and mentor your technical team, ensuring recruitment, performance management, professional development, and well-being.
  • Implement advanced engineering technology and standardized operating procedures, ensuring best-in-class service and compliance.

Contract and Relationship Management:
  • Own service delivery compliance and adherence to contractual obligations.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
  • Oversee performance metrics and ensure effective change management processes.

Health, Safety & Compliance:
  • Champion a zero-accident safety culture, ensuring compliance with OSHA and industry regulations.
  • Enhance technician and engineer skills through targeted training and certification programs.


Your Profile:
  • Certifications: OSHA 10 (mandatory), OSHA 30 preferred, Universal EPA preferred, and other technical certifications (HVAC, electrical, mechanical, etc.) strongly desired.
  • Proven leadership abilities, exceptional communication skills, and a robust track record in managing technical operations and teams.


Physical Demands & Work Environment
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, and/ or carry 80 pounds or more.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be able to stand, walk, reach, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch/crawl daily.
  • Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
  • Must be able to work under pressure and time deadlines during peak periods.
  • While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts; high/ unsafe places; fumes/airborne particles; toxic or caustic chemicals; outside weather conditions; risk of electrical shock and vibration.
  • The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions.
  • The noise level in the work environment is frequently loud.

The annual salary range for this position is $111000.00 - $137000.00 . Final compensation will be determined based on experience and skills and may vary from the range listed above.
