Maintenance Manager - Alpharetta, GA

A leading manufacturing company with a 100K square foot facility is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to join its team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of all facility equipment, machinery and building systems.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure the longevity and reliability of all equipment and machinery.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the maintenance department, including scheduling, training, and supervision of maintenance staff.
  • Identify, evaluate and implement improvements to existing maintenance processes and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain an inventory of spare parts and equipment to ensure prompt repairs and minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with production, engineering, and safety teams to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
