Full Job Description
Your Role:

As Maintenance Manager, you will lead daily operations to align with organizational goals and ensure a seamless workflow. You will maintain and enhance the Maintenance Management System, oversee technical documentation, maintenance routines, scheduling, and spare parts management, and manage the maintenance budget with controls on expenses and CAPEX costs. You will drive cost-control initiatives while fostering high team performance and development through collaboration with cross-functional teams. You will provide technical support across systems, optimize maintenance programs, and lead continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. This includes analyzing maintenance data, preparing reports, managing vendor relationships, and leading safety programs to maintain an injury-free workplace, with responsibilities to support the Reliability Program as needed.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Coordinate and oversee daily maintenance operations to ensure seamless workflow.
  • Maintain and develop the Maintenance Management System. Establish sustainable systems for effective management and control of technical documentation, maintenance routines, maintenance scheduling and spare parts.
  • Manage the maintenance budget (Plan, Forecast, Actual), Implement and Maintain Effective Systems for costs control.
  • Provide technical guidance and support for mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Develop, optimize, and monitor corrective, preventative and predictive maintenance programs related to Production processes
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement lean maintenance practices.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain safety protocols.
  • Analyze maintenance data, generate insights, and prepare detailed reports.
  • Ensure maintenance projects are managed to meet quality standards.
  • Manage vendor and contractor relationships to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Provide leadership on Safety Initiatives and Practices to develop and maintain an injury free workplace
  • Strategic maintenance Input into plans for the site and translate strategy into policies, procedures and initiatives within the area of responsibilities.
  • Ensure alignment with site's and GPO priorities and objectives by collaborating with other functions leads (Production, Engineering, Facilities, Reliabilities, Project managers)
  • Empower and inspire team members to grow and thrive, including aligning individual and organizational development plans. These plans should include ISCO leadership principles, foundational capabilities, as well as the functional capabilities defined in the Standard Plant Architecture (SPA) model.


Who You Are

Minimum Qualifications:
  • BS Engineering degree in mechanical, electrical, or chemical but other fields will be considered or no degree with 8+ years of equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years' experience leading technical teams in a chemical or industrial manufacturing environment
  • At least 1 year of direct supervision experience of technical staff


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prefer LSS Green or Black Belt
  • Deployment of lean manufacturing systems


Pay Range for this position: $139,600 - $209,400.

The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors. Position may be eligible for sales or performance-based bonuses. Benefits offered by the Company include health insurance, paid time off (PTO), retirement contributions, and other perquisites.
