Job Summary

Are you ready to lead reliability, safety, and performance in a world-class manufacturing environment?

This role is based in Carrollton, TX (onsite). You will join a collaborative, safety-driven Operations team where your leadership will make a direct impact on plant performance, reliability, and continuous improvement.

Where You'll Make a Difference
  • Lead and manage the Maintenance Department, including performance management, development, and annual appraisals
  • Own maintenance execution across preventive maintenance (PM), breakdown response, compliance inspections, and ad-hoc work
  • Ensure the highest quality standards in all maintenance and contractor work, with strict enforcement of GMP and food safety requirements
  • Drive a strong safety culture, partnering with EHS and Food Safety to ensure safe work practices and compliance
  • Lead and support process safety initiatives, incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
  • Manage spare parts and MRO inventory to minimize downtime and operational disruption
  • Track and analyze data related to asset uptime, maintenance performance, and capacity improvements
  • Provide technical expertise and leadership for continuous improvement initiatives and equipment reliability
  • Oversee site Capex projects, vendor engagement, and maintenance purchasing activities
  • Support site emergency response teams, drills, and actual incidents as needed
