Responsibilities

Compensation:

The expected starting base pay range for this position is $99,560 to $124,450, with full potential base salary range over a successful candidate's tenure in the position of $99,560 to $149,340. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, and other job-related factors.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday plus on-call weekends

(Hours subject to change depending on business needs)

Employment Logistics:

The Maintenance Manager leads the maintenance of facility equipment and directly supervises and coordinates the activities of the maintenance technicians.

The Must-Haves:
  • Minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing, warehousing or logistics environment.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in preventative and corrective maintenance of conveyor systems and material handling equipment, or equivalent combination of education and specific work experience.
  • Technical degree or trade school certificate preferred.
  • Proficiency reading blueprints and schematics.
  • Working knowledge of PC and CMMS systems.
  • Excellent mechanical skills.
  • Leadership skills required, management experience is desirable.


Your Mission in Motion:
  • Maintain and contribute to a safe work environment by adhering to policies and procedures as outlined in the Company Safety Program.
  • Supervise employee work levels and review work performance.
  • Determine schedules, sequences, and assignments for work activities, based on work priority, quantity of equipment, and skill of personnel.
  • Maintain all internal and external facilities and equipment for proper and safe operation adhering to a preventive maintenance program.
  • Accurately complete documentation applicable to machine and facility service, and all maintenance performed.
  • Immediately respond to requests for attention to process and/or facility issues affecting production operations.
  • Maintain and purchase an adequate inventory of required spare parts, materials, and equipment for preventive and corrective maintenance.
  • Implement all maintenance projects and machinery installations as defined by management.
  • Obtain and maintain complete, proper, and up-to-date documentation applicable to machine and facility service and maintenance.
  • Supervises janitorial team and maintain building cleanliness inside and out.
  • Troubleshoot facility IT hardware (printers, scanners, PCs, servers) with assistance from helpdesk.
  • Enforce the teams proper input and usage of the CMMS.
  • Perform any other task or assignment as deemed necessary by the organization.
