Full Job Description
Job Purpose
• Lead Maintenance Plant Operations
• Manage, design, determining equipment specifications and planning and prioritizing tasks.
• Lead projects for continuous improvement and promote equipment engineering improvement with six sigma (ALPS projects) or kaizen events.
• Manage resources to comply with the requirements from OSHA, NFPA, National Electrical Code, High Point Air Permit and SAQ.

Key Responsibilites
• Ensures that all the tasks of equipment maintenance at the plant are carried out, managing the personnel in their internal or external position (technicians and outsourcing)
• Implement maintenance process through:
o Work order system for scheduling, gatekeeping process with clients, report out and WO closure feeding through SAP PM module feeding KPIs.
o Develop Preventative Maintenance and guarantee adherence
• SAFETY Meet TRR=0 Accomplish the activities of PSM/ SAQ / IRS/ HSE/ BBS / Hazard Study. Zero accidents.
• Supervises suppliers and / or contractors who are performing work related to the maintenance area and is authorized to sign special work permits.
• Identify and update the list of critical elements and equipment according to the standard of integrity of goods and process safety
• Coordinate the realization of the investments related to the predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance of the plant, as well as the determination and fulfillment of the budget of expenses assigned to the maintenance department
• Collaborate in the preparation of contracts and maintenance budgets; coordinate external maintenance with service providers.
• Ensure the training, motivation and awareness of staff within their organizational structure.
• Know and apply the company's integrity and ethics values, Code of Conduct and Principles against Bribery, participate in related trainings in person or online.
• Responsible for communicating changes within their report lines. face-to-face or online.

Job Requirements
• Engineering degree required (preferred Mechanical, Electrical, Automation or Chemical)
• Maintenance or engineering experience (3-5 years) at Industry Environment
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and SAP-PM
• Experience managing preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
• Industrial maintenance knowledge preferably specialized in pneumatics and electricity, hydraulic and PLC control.
• Communication skills, Analysis and solution of problems, Initiative and decision making, Leadership
• HSE knowledge and experience
• Asset Integrity management
