Full Job Description

SALARY: Starting Salary Opportunity: $98,400 - $116,800

  • Actual base pay will depend and vary based on factors such as individual experience and skills of the applicant.

BONUS: Bonus at Target $24,600

  • This role may also be eligible for discretionary long-term incentive awards.

  • Variable Compensation opportunities are contingent on individual performance and overall business results, pursuant to the Bonus Plan; listed amount are targeted values and not guarantees

LOCATION: Turning Point Brewery (Delta), 5 days/week in office

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Champion and utilize structured, data-driven ways of working to achieve performance targets and close gaps, including root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
  • Serve as the maintenance program leader and owner of maintenance performance results.
  • Lead maintenance and project engineering teams, ensuring delivery of key responsibilities.
  • Manage equipment setup, preventive maintenance plans, and contractor safety compliance.
  • Plan and execute capital projects, including design, budgeting, scheduling, and contractor oversight.
  • Coordinate maintenance with production and secure parts and vendor support.
  • Improve preventive maintenance and oversee daily maintenance and boiler operations.
  • Ensure execution of plant projects, utilities management, and policy compliance.
  • Own maintenance-related costs, energy and utilities performance, and safety compliance.
  • Support IT systems, coach and develop teams, and standardize maintenance practices.
  • Oversee spare parts inventory and drive continuous improvement in maintenance capability.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • University degree in Engineering (mechanical, chemical, industrial or electrical)
  • 3 years9 experience in industrial setting; preferred manufacturing experience
  • Knowledge and experience with Hydraulic or Pneumatic equipment
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Self-starter with an ability to work with limited supervision
  • Excellent sense of urgency, work ethic and attendance record
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • In-depth knowledge of utility and wastewater systems
  • Knowledge of government regulations pertaining to brewery utility and wastewater systems
  • In-depth knowledge of capital deployment and construction approaches, techniques and requirements.
