SALARY: $106,400 - $126,350, bonus and long - term incentive eligible
ROLE SUMMARY: The Maintenance Manager at the Riverside Lid Plant is responsible for driving equipment reliability, facility maintenance, and Capex execution in a high-speed manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to execute in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:- Manage all aspects for CAPEX (Capital Expenditure) for the facility including budgeting, deployment, tracking and technical/financial policy compliance and contractor/engineering service providers
- Lead facility efforts related to energy, fluids and wastewater related cost reduction
- Responsible for facility wide automation strategy and support to electricians and operating departments
- Responsible for managing federally regulated wastewater systems within legislative compliance
- Responsible for building maintenance execution
- Responsible for security services of the building
- Responsible for setting and managing the Energy and Fluids commodity budgets and targets for the facility.
- Managing equipment design and construction
- Responsible for technical knowledge of safety, environmental, building and other related codes, permits and regulations associated with the facility's operations
- Accountable for direct report development, technical training support and area labor relations
- Maintenance/PTE MCRS Owner
- Accountable for Operations Department Financials - VIC/ZBB maintenance, manufacturing supplies etc.
- Accountable for maintenance KPIs, GOPs and long-term equipment uptime/reliability
- Accountable for execution of short-term and long-term maintenance plans including execution of the department strategic plan
- Accountable for CapEx support in Operations
- VPO Maintenance Pillar and Maintenance KPI Owner.
- Oversee storeroom and spare part inventory management.
- Responsible for coaching, developing and performance management of hourly and salaried Operations team
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations or related field, Masters preferred
- 5+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment required
- 3+ years of leadership experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of lid manufacturing process preferred
- Demonstrated ability to develop a diverse group of employees for future opportunities
- Strong interpersonal, communication, business acumen, financial and technical/problem solving skills
