Qualifications

  • Degree in Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, Electrical or a related engineering field.
  • 3 years of experience in Industrial Maintenance.
  • Proficient in maintaining hydraulic, pneumatic, and welding equipment.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in the automotive industry.
  • Familiarity with Siemens PLC, Allen Bradley PLC, and multiple robot types (ABB, KUKA, FANUC).
  • Knowledge of VDA 6.1, IATF 16949, and ISO 14001:2015 / ISO 45001:2018 Quality Systems.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze machine and UAP downtime to identify trends and solutions.
  • Conduct labor analysis by Maintenance Technician to optimize workforce efficiency.
  • Issue monthly plant downtime analysis reports.
  • Manage and execute a Preventive Maintenance program weekly.
  • Oversee the administration of PM software and generate standard maintenance work procedures.
  • Coordinate and lead weekly Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) meetings.
  • Train personnel on TPM and Preventive Maintenance topics.

Your profile and competencies to succeed

  • Degree in Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, Electrical or related engineering.

Salary Range: USD 95,000 - 110,000
