  • Retrofit Engineering
Analyzes, integrates, and manages engineering design changes and Service Bulletins to amend the airplane Type Design and maintain continued airworthiness. Develops modification kits and installation procedures, provides certification support, and frequently travels to customer modification sites to provide on-site implementation and respond to customer and design queries.
  • Component Maintenance Engineering
Develops and maintains component repair, overhaul, and Component Maintenance Manual (CMM) information used by operators for off-wing component maintenance. Creates validated repair procedures and tooling specifications, supports troubleshooting and root-cause investigations, and sustains component-level airworthiness and reliability.
  • Maintenance Ground Operations Support
Designs and sustains Boeing-designed ground support equipment and tooling for servicing, maintenance, and overhaul of commercial airplanes, and provides technical solutions to airline customers.
