SALARY: - $38.87/hr first 60 days
- $39.57/hr after 60 days
- OT rate of 1.5x on Saturday, 2.0x rate on Sundays/holidays
SHIFT: Midnights 11PM-7AM or Afternoons 3PM-11PM. Weekends and holidays required

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Work with team to maintain machinery, meeting maintenance requirements for 480-volt, 3 phase systems, and minimizing downtime
- Responsible for programmable controllers and computer process controls
- Maintain the power distribution of plant equipment.
- Disassemble, repair, and reassemble equipment, using precision measurement tools.
- Interpret schematics and equipment manuals.
- Analyze process data and make decisions on equipment maintenance and improvement activities.
- Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Predictive Maintenance (PdM) to increase equipment reliability and up-time.
- Prioritize and self-schedule maintenance work around production activities to achieve both production and maintenance KPI's.
- Drive brewery goals & objectives through individually led projects and continuous improvement activities.
- Troubleshoot & maintain PLCs and variable speed drive controlled equipment
- Use SAP to detail corrective and preventative maintenance performed throughout the shift, including searching and issuing parts, documenting equipment issues, and entering inspection/measurement points
JOB QUALIFICATIONS: - High School Diploma or GED required.
- 3+ years industrial electrical/programming experience or two-year technical degree preferred
- Knowledge/experience with process controls, instrumentation, and calibration
- Knowledge of controllers including hydraulics and pneumatics
- PLC programming and troubleshooting experience required.
Multiple platforms such as Allen Bradley PLC5, Control Logix, and Siemens programming and troubleshooting experience preferred. - Knowledge of variable frequency drives, servo motors, and motor control systems up to 480 volts required.
- Ability to troubleshoot problems, identify root causes (e.g. six sigma analysis) and propose and implement remedies.
- Strong computer skills required; Microsoft Office Excel proficiency and Computer Maintenance Management Systems experience preferred
