Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in facilities management, preferably in health care or assisted living settings
• Strong interpersonal skills for building rapport with residents and staff
• Proven ability to maintain confidentiality of resident information
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements at various governmental levels
• Understanding of financial management to effectively manage budgets
• Proficient in basic computer applications including Word and Excel
• Capable of fulfilling health requirements, including a TB screening.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repair operations within the assisted living community
• Manage and mentor maintenance and housekeeping teams for optimal performance
• Lead training and development initiatives for staff

• Coordinate hazardous communication protocols
