  • While on rotation in Rainbow Lake, you will stay in company-provided housing. Please note that meals are not included and will be your responsibility.
  • The successful candidate will need to commute to and from the community for each rotation or reside in Rainbow Lake.

What you'll do:

  • Act as the key link between Maintenance Planning and Maintenance Execution to support Operations and ensure safe, efficient execution of maintenance activities.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and supervision to maintenance trades, full-time equivalent contractors, and third-party contractors.
  • Steward the Cenovus safety culture and ensure compliance with maintenance procedures, safe work practices, and operational integrity requirements through field engagement, worksite observations, and on-the-job coaching and training.
