Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or journeyperson with high school diploma/GED and 5+ years of industrial automation maintenance experience
• Ability to work flexible shifts and overtime as needed
• Strong interpersonal skills to connect with all levels of plant personnel
• Proven track record in building effective relationships with leadership and customers
• Skill in managing multiple projects at the same time
• Experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing team members
• Self-motivated leader focused on achieving goals
• Background in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing principles
• Troubleshooting experience in controls, robotics, and communication systems
• Familiarity with system operation and integration
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage all maintenance activities and personnel in the press area
• Oversee maintenance and operations of press room tandem and transfer presses
• Drive continuous improvement and manage new projects
• Implement preventive maintenance and standardization processes
• Prioritize tasks and provide line-ups for maintenance operations
• Lead Professional and Autonomous Maintenance activities
• Engage with Stellantis Industrial System initiatives actively.
