Job Description Summary

This role located at our Bowling Green plant in Bowling Green, OH.

As a Maintenance and Facilities Manager, you will lead the site Maintenance function to ensure the safe, reliable, and cost-effective operation of equipment, facilities, utilities, and other company assets. Drive maintenance strategy, resource planning, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements. Serve as a key member of the site Leadership Team, providing strategic direction and operational support to achieve business objectives.

Job Description:

  • Develop and execute the site maintenance strategy in alignment with regional and business objectives.
  • Lead the maintenance team, including performance management, training, development, and organizational planning.
  • Ensure maintenance activities comply with safety, environmental, and quality requirements, including TS 16949.
  • Establish and maintain maintenance procedures, standards, KPIs, and work instructions.
  • Manage the maintenance budget and monitor performance against key targets.
  • Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
  • Drive sustainable solutions to equipment breakdowns and recurring maintenance issues.
  • Manage site utilities and infrastructure to ensure reliable and cost-effective operation.
  • Oversee contractors and external maintenance services.
  • Maintain an effective and cost-conscious spare parts management system.
  • Partner with production to develop and improve autonomous maintenance.
  • Participate in site safety initiatives to proactively reduce risk and prevent incidents.
  • Partner with the Site Energy Manager to identify opportunities to reduce energy consumption.
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering on capital planning, equipment specifications, installation, and project execution.

Required Skills and Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education/certifications, and hands-on experience.
  • 5+ years related Manufacturing Maintenance experience.
  • 3+ years leadership experience in a manufacturing setting.
