1. Mainframe Developer: Experience with code changes, unit test data creation, and knowledge of payment and cards processes.
2. Technical Skills: Proficient in COBOL, JCL, Db2, VSAM, SORT. Familiarity with mainframe debugging tools and techniques.
3. Experience: 7+ of relevant experience in mainframe Development.
4. Agile Workflow: Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
5. Tools: Endevor, File-aid, OPC scheduler, Prior experience with Rally or other related dashboards.
6. Additional Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying issues

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
