We are seeking a Main Shop Technician with prior automotive repair experience to join our busy service department. We offer factory training to become brand familiar, if needed.   • Perform accurate diagnostics and complex mechanical, electrical, and drivability repairs.
  • Conduct thorough inspections to identify maintenance needs and potential safety issues.
  • Complete repairs and services per manufacturer specifications and dealership standards.
  • Communicate effectively with service advisors to clearly explain diagnoses, recommend necessary repairs, and accurately estimate completion times.
  • Document all work performed using the dealership's repair order system.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Stay current with the latest automotive technologies and participate in training and certification programs.
  • Utilize manufacturer-provided diagnostic tools and equipment with proficiency.
  • Assist in mentoring and supporting less experienced technicians as needed.
  • Test drive vehicles to confirm proper operation and quality repairs.

Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday 8AM-5PM
  • Saturday required by rotation
