Job DescriptionAs a trusted advisor to Macro business leadership, this role is critical to the ongoing management and growth of the franchise. He / she will partner with internal constituents in all aspects of business strategy, infrastructure, technology, compliance, risk management, change management, and finance analyses. In the process, this individual will help enhance the efficiency and scalability of the franchise while supporting responsible growth.
Strategic Execution & Business Management- Serve as a central coordination point across business, technology, and support functions, driving accountability, tracking strategic initiatives, and ensuring timely execution against key deliverables.
- Partner with business leadership to drive execution of strategic priorities, growth initiatives, and franchise objectives.
- Support the development, launch, and implementation of new products, capabilities, and business initiatives.
- Develop executive presentations, dashboards, and visual management materials that communicate key business themes, performance metrics, strategic initiatives, and risk topics for business reviews, governance forums, and senior leadership discussions.
Business Performance & Insights- Contribute to business reviews and strategic discussions through data-driven analysis, recommendations, and performance reporting.
- Develop and monitor KPIs and management information that support business performance measurement and strategic planning.
Financial Management & Business Optimization- Support budgeting, forecasting, and expense management activities for the business.
- Identify opportunities to improve business efficiency, scalability, and productivity through process enhancements, workflow optimization, and automation.
Risk & Control Management- Act as a key liaison across Sales and Trading, Technology, Operations, Compliance, Finance, and Risk functions to identify, escalate, and mitigate risks, including market, counterparty, operational, technology, conduct, and reputational risks.
- Continuously work to ensure controls are operating effectively and remain audit-ready.
- Support governance activities, policy reviews, regulatory initiatives, and business continuity planning efforts.
- Anticipate emerging business challenges and proactively coordinate solutions with appropriate stakeholders.
Basic Qualifications- Practical knowledge of Markets products.
- 4+ Years of total experience, including 2+ Years experience working with Macro products.
- Proven track record of collaboration with support partners including Finance, Risk Functions, Operations, Compliance, etc.
- Experience in representing lines of business in internal forums
Preferred Skills / Experience- Bachelor's degree required.
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
- Strategic, adaptive, and forward looking thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and drive execution across multiple stakeholders.
- Previous COO experience within Macro products a plus.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $134,280.00 - 164,120.00
