Reddit is looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our Feed Retrieval team. In this role, you'll lead a high-impact team of Machine Learning Engineers building the systems that identify, retrieve, and shape the candidate inventory powering Reddit's personalized feeds. Your team will work at the foundation of Feed Relevance: expanding the set of high-quality content Reddit can recommend, improving personalization and discovery for users across different levels of signal, and building scalable ML systems that directly shape the experiences of over 120M+ daily users. In addition to base salary, this job is eligible to receive equity in the form of restricted stock units, and depending on the position offered, it may also be eligible to receive a commission. We set standard base pay ranges for all roles based on function, level, and country location, benchmarked against similar stage growth companies. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including, skills, depth of work experience and relevant licenses/credentials, and may vary from the amounts listed below.
