Job Description

Must Have Technical Skills
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or software engineering.
• Typically requires 5+ years of experience.
• Proven experience as Server Administrator
• Proficient in Server configuration and scripting
• Knowledge of Workspace One, Tanium, Jamf and other server access & security profile configuration
• Extensive experience with MacOS Servers & Knowledge of Server Virtualization
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong focus on troubleshooting and issue resolution.

Roles & Responsibilities
• Manage Mac Server administration tasks and maintain servers up to date in compliance with Security Controls and compliance Hands on managing MacOS Servers and their patching schedules in a Data Center Environment
• Solid understanding of Server Administration concepts
• Must be familiar with MacOS Server Scripting and automation of software patch installations and security software updates
• Collaborating with the MacSupport Team to understand Server Management plan in a DC
• Ensuring Servers are running up to security software and OS
• Solid knowledge of DHCP, Server IP Configuration and ability to resolve Network Identification/IP conflicts
• Knowledge of Managed OS and Software packaging and installation
