Responsibilities

  • Lead presales engagements by delivering tailored and high-impact product demonstrations focused on multi-tenant management.
  • Conduct technical discovery sessions to understand prospects' needs and map them to inforcer's offerings.
  • Develop and present proof-of-concept solutions and ROI analyses to showcase how inforcer addresses MSPs' challenges.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for MSPs throughout technical evaluations, onboarding, and enablement processes.
  • Engage actively in the Microsoft 365 and MSP community to promote partner learning and enablement.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to respond to RFPs and participate in solution design workshops.
  • Gather customer feedback and relay insights to the product development team for continuous improvement.
  • Deliver training sessions and workshops for partners and internal teams to share knowledge on Microsoft 365 and inforcer best practices.

About our opportunities

We are seeking a commercially minded, community-focused Solutions Engineer to join our rapidly growing team. In thispre-salesrole, you will be at the forefront of engaging with prospective and existing MSP partners - delivering compelling product demonstrations, leading technical discovery sessions, and proving the value of inforcer for multi-tenant management.You'llplay a pivotal role in driving adoption, supporting the sales cycle, and acting as a trusted advisor throughout the customer journey.

Whatyou'llbe doing

  • Lead Presales Engagements: Deliver tailored, high-impact product demonstrations thatshowcaseinforcer'scapabilities for multi-tenant management, security, and operational efficiency.


  • Technical Discovery & Solution Mapping: Engage with prospects to understand their business and technical requirements, mapping these toinforcer'sfeatures and benefits.


  • Proof of Value: Develop and present proof-of-concept solutions, technical deep-dives, and ROI analyses todemonstratehow inforcer addresses MSPs' pain points.


  • Trusted Advisor: Guide MSPs through technical evaluations, onboarding, and enablement-helping them realise the full value of inforcer.


  • Community Advocacy: Drive engagement within the Microsoft 365 and MSP community, especially via online platforms like Discord, to support partner learning and enablement.


  • Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to respond to RFPs, technical questionnaires, andparticipatein solution design workshops.


  • Feedback Loop: Gather customer feedback and relay insights to the product team to inform ongoing development and innovation.


  • Enablement & Training: Deliver presentations, workshops, and enablement sessions for partners and internal teams to upskill on Microsoft 365 and inforcer best practices.


  • Stay Current: Keep up to date with Microsoft 365 developments, new features, and industry best practices to ensure inforcerremainsat thecutting edge

Skills We Need for This Role

  • Proven experience in presales, technical consulting, or solution engineering in the SaaS cyber security space. Experience with MSPs or Microsoft 365 would be beneficial.
