Job Description:SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR SENIOR
This position is designed for a highly motivated junior candidate who is committed to learning, growing, and building a long-term technical career. The successful candidate will begin by supporting our Tier 2 system, gaining hands-on experience with our internal processes and mission systems. Over time, they will transition into advanced training with the M365 Support Team, learning the capabilities and configuration of Microsoft 365 services.
Upon demonstrating proficiency and initiative, the candidate will graduate into the Digital Services Engineering Team, where they will support a broader Azure Cloud and M365 engineering environment. This role is intentionally structured to take an entry-level technologist and develop them into a fully capable M365/Azure engineer over several years.

MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT
• Provide Tier 2 support for enterprise systems while learning mission applications and internal workflows
• Assist with troubleshooting, ticket resolution, and escalation processes
• Engage in structured, progressive learning within the M365 Support Team
• Support configuration, maintenance, and monitoring of M365 applications
• Participate in the development of new processes, documentation, and operational procedures
• Identify repeatable tasks and either request or design automation through scripting
• Collaborate with team members to share knowledge, solve problems, and improve service delivery
• Contribute to supporting the enterprise agency while learning core M365 and Azure services
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED

• Education: Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree
• Experience: 3+ years of related experience
• Required Qualifications

The likely salary range for this position is $106,250 - $143,750. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
