Job Title: M365 Architect
Location: Edison, NJ (Onsite)
Job type: Fulltime only
Required:
ü Deep understanding of the various components and services offered in the Microsoft 365 suite, including Azure Active Directory, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive for Business, Mobility & Security.
ü Should possess strong architecture and design skills to develop robust and scalable solutions using Microsoft 365 and dependent services.
ü Should have experience in planning and executing migration projects relevant to M365
ü Strong understanding of governance principles and best practices for Microsoft 365, including managing deployment, licensing, permissions, content lifecycle, retention policies, and compliance requirements.
Focuses mainly on Technical Consulting and Advisory such as -
ü Anchor as part of a team or individually to design, implement and consult around the Microsoft 365/Office 365 platform
ü Provide technical expertise and guidance to stakeholders, project teams, and development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
ü Advise on best practices, industry standards, and M365 capabilities to maximize the value and effectiveness of the solution.
ü Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align the M365 solution with overall IT strategy and enterprise architecture.
ü Define governance models, policies, and processes for deploying and managing the M365 environment.
ü Align with M365 Roadmap and Industry Trends and defining efficiency frameworks like Estimation Tool, Evaluation Templates, Reusability, Accelerators etc.
ü Provide technical leadership, mentor and coach team members, sharing knowledge and expertise in M365 technologies, tools, and methodologies.
ü O365 Subject Matter Expert to the end customers, responsible for delivering enterprise sized O365 solutions.
ü Responsible for leadership and delivery of project-based assignments that encompass system architecture, proof-of-concept and deployment services
ü Strong customer relationship skills and willingness to lead customers through successful challenging projects which includes estimating, scoping, and writing effective statements of work that clearly set expectations and limit risk.
