This is the future of Lytx and we're looking for the
Lead Product Manager who will build it. You'll own the next chapter of LytxOne, our flagship product line, taking bold ideas from concept to launch and defining where our hardware, software, and connected solutions go next. This role will apply a deep understanding of markets, clients and competition to guide the evolution of our core hardware; working in conjunction with Lytx engineers, client services staff and marketing team. You'll get to:- Identify market opportunities and define a product strategy and roadmap that is aligned with Lytx company objectives & product vision
- Lead Discovery efforts with cross-functional teams to assess and learn what solutions are viable for the business and will delight our customers
- Propose and define key new capabilities and functionality which provide strong customer value, competitive advantage and long-term profitability.
- Engage with Product and Engineering leadership to set the strategy for longer term business objectives and product roadmap.
- Present product plans and strategy to executive leadership on a regular basis
- Translate ambiguous business needs into clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria, using AI tooling to draft and iterate on requirements in hours rather than days.
- Produce rapid wireframes, interactive prototypes, and clickable mockups with AI design tools.
- Lead engagements with target customers and field teams to develop a clear understanding of customer goals and challenges
- Contribute to and influence Agile process and practices to keep teams driving toward excellence.
- Work with product development teams to develop new hardware and functionality, ensuring throughout the development cycle that the product provides strong value for target customers, generates competitive advantage, and offers revenue and profit growth opportunities for the company.
- Drive launch readiness w/ cross functional team leads including engineering, marketing, support, sales, finance and legal
- Clearly communicate product release plans, benefits and results, to internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to understand market trends that inform product strategy, produce sales education materials/ product messaging & support to produce technical training materials
- Be the go-to expert for your product responsibilities
- Perform other duties as assigned
What you'll need: - 5+ years of Product Management work experience, spanning both new product development and management of in-market products
- Success developing products from concept to launch
- Strong ability to analyze, interpret and present data
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities: must effectively interact with, present to and distill feedback from technical and non-technical people of varying backgrounds.
- Must be highly collaborative, possess natural leadership skills, and ability to work with all teams in the company
- Proven ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer focus and market analysis skills
Preferred qualifications: - Strong understanding of SaaS business model
- Experience presenting to executive leadership and enterprise customer leadership
- Experience with mobile user interfaces a strong plus.
- Incorporated data/insights into the user experience.
- MBA degree

Salary is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is also eligible for an incentive compensation plan. The expected hiring salary for this position is:
$162,250.00 - $204,750.00
