Salary Range: $33.15 - $45.88 / hour

The pay range above represents the lowest possible rate for the position and the highest possible rate. Factors that may be used to determine where newly hired employees will be placed in the pay range include the employee specific skills and qualifications, relevant years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role. Most often, a newly hired employee will be placed below the midpoint of the range. Position Overview: 

To render professional nursing care within the current scope to patients in support of medical care as directed by medical staff and pursuant to objectives and policies of the hospital. Organizes and coordinates patient care planning with other hospital disciplines. Reports to the coordinator and interfaces with front office and back office staff to assure patient flow in the back office of the clinic.

Required:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Current CA Licensed Vocation Nurse (LVN) License
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Six (6) months of supervisory experience
• Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification or within sixty (60) days of hire

Preferred:

• Knowledge of CPT, ICD9, JCAHO, State funded programs, HMO and Medi-Cal.
• Bilingual in Spanish
