Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with vehicle selection and promote model options, value-add products, and purchase options
  • Conduct vehicle test drives while complying with all traffic rules
  • Negotiate sale closures in an ethical manner
  • Facilitate vehicle delivery by explaining operation, warranty, and service requirements
  • Maintain accurate sales documentation
  • Stay knowledgeable about all Genesis vehicles and promotions
  • Attend staff meetings, training, and educational classes as required
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Full Job Description
The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, a confident and outgoing personality, a professional appearance, great communication skills, and the ability to deliver world-class customer service. At least two years of experience with Acura, BMW, Mercedes, Land Rover, or Lexus. New or Used Car Sales experience is preferred. Candidates must be self-motivated and willing to continuously prospect to sell a minimum quota (or more!) on an ongoing basis.

Responsibilities
  • Helps customers with vehicle selection and promotes model options and features, value-add products and services, and purchase and finance options following dealership policies
  • Conducts vehicle test drives and ensures all speed limits and all other rules of the road are followed
  • Negotiates sale closure in a clear, concise, and highly ethical fashion
  • Helps facilitate delivery by providing a clear explanation of vehicle and features operation, warranty, and servicing requirements
  • Maintains accurate sales documentation
  • Maintains up-to-date knowledge of all Genesis vehicles, accessories, financing options, and promotions
  • Attends all staff meetings, training, and educational classes as required
  • Performs other duties as assigned
